Fast4 Unlimited Dial Up Access

Does anyone use Fast4 for either umlimited dial up or BB. As it would appear that since last week all usenames and passwords have not been recognised and there is talk via monsavingexperts forumn area that all customers have been migrated to either V21 or Biscuit.net

Any help would be great as I am currently paying via C/C and cannot cancel the order as the memebers area of Fast4 or V21 is not working.

There is a phone number on the banner. Last resort would be talk to the card company. How long is the contract as if its a 12 month you might need to pay to get out

The number at the bottom leads through the predictable cycle of telephone automated machines with no-one able to help. C/C company saying that they have an obligation to pay money to company even though there is no service being provided.
