Changinf password on MSN help please

Soem one seems to have hacked into my MSN and i guess hotmail but i can not find out how to change my password ,,, help please

Sign out of MSN. And on the front it will have
"Forgot your password", "Service Status", "Get a new account".

At least it appears on the front page of Windows Live Messenger.
