Is there any way of blocking certain email addresses using Microsoft Outlook? I've had a quick look around the program & don't really know what I'm looking for.

I'm getting harassed by a crazy American from Ebay & don't really want to receive any more of his daft rantings.
Even better, would be great if there was something that would bounce the email back with a message saying "go away" - or "other phrases"

Hannah.

You can setup a rule

Tools>Rules and Alerts

Create from a blank rule.

When email arrives

If it from the person you dont want to be contacted by

Reply using a template which says f**k off or similar

Delete the message

Job done.

Right click the email in the inbox and select Junk Mail -> Add to blocked senders list

Yes,

You can add the email address to the Blocked Senders list. Just right clink on the sender's name, then click Junk Mail, add to Blocked Senders.

You could also employ an anti-spam program such as Comodo - my current favourite, and it's free.
