Looking for advice...
We currently have a HP Laserjet 8000 printer in our sales office which prints all of our orders, letters etc. But it appears to be on its last legs and needs to be replaced. Can anyone give me some advice on a suitable alternative. It needs to be black and white and A4 size, but it needs 3 different paper trays (for plain white, headed paper and a coloured paper). Also must connect to our network via a lan cable.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Our company has just replaced all our printers.

We have had the HP 8000/5Si replaced with an HP Laserjet 4250dtn

It is very quick and prints from as many trays as you spec (extra trays £185+vat)

What sort of volumes are you printing?

I've been very impressed with the latest HP kit. For average volumes, try The 4350, with additional paper trays to give you the 3 you need.
For similar volumes to what your 8000 can do then go for something like the 9050.

The Canon iR series are also worth a look if you're printing lots of stuff.
