My iPod is being gay

So I d/led Tetris for it, and all was going fine until I got off of the train yesterday and ended the game. Now, when the music changes during Tetris, the game freezes for around half a second. It just so happened that this occured as I was shutting down the game. I now cannot listen to the song I was listening to whilst playing Tetris without actually opening Tetris up and playing. This is obviously a pain in the arse.

I've tried deleting the song off of the iPod, then putting it back on, but no joy. Somebody help me pleasssssseeeeeeee! Ty.

If you put the hold switch on, turn it off then press and hold the top of the wheel and the centre button it will reset the ipod (it won't loose any data!)
What ipod have you got?

Maybe it downloaded Aretha franklin's back catalogue, along with George Michael and the petshop boys! Then deleted everything else!!!
