Windows Updates

Hi all, I was in a mates house today, he had the NEW internet explorer layout so obviously i asked how to get it. "tools, windows updates" he said. I have tried this now COUNTLESS times and every time i have got this message

I want to know how to solve this thing that i dont have a clue what it means so that i can get the new skins

I dont think it will update to IE7 automatically.

Any idea how long this download takes to complete ?

I do find that turning Automatic Updates off when you manually update Windows stops this problem from happening.
