Outlook Express - Blocked Sender List

Ive mistakenly added a friends email address to my blocked senders list and now his emails get sent straight to my deleted items box. I have found his name on the List and have clicked the 'Remove' button and it comes up "Are you sure you want to remove xxxx" which I say yes. BUT the emails are still getting sent to the deleted items and his name still appears on the List when I go back and check?

Any ideas on what I need to do?
