Help with router/gateway configuration

Help!

I had to reset my Linksys router yesterday, but I can't find the paperwork sent to me by my ISP (Demon) that gave me all of the settings that I need to configure a third party router.

(I'm currently using the trusty old Speedtouch USB thingy!)

Before I speak to a non-english speaker on Demon's helpdesk, are there any other Demon customers who can perhaps tell me the details that I need? (Things like Encapsulation, Multiplexing, Qos type etc etc!)

I have my username and password... hence the connection via speedtouch.... it's just all of the other stuff I need to connect via my Linksys WAG354g

From the 'self-install' guide that I got a few years ago:

VPI: 0
VCI: 38
Protocol Type or Encapsulation Method: PPPoA
Authentication: CHAP
Traffic Type: UBR
Framing or Multiplexing Method: VC/MUX
Mode: ITU G.dmt

I don't remember it asked me for many of these, but hope it's some use anyway.
