Missing software

Recently i have noticed that all the writing on the web in google searches is too small to read. Ph is fine as are some other websites but on the whole it appears i may have deleted something. i am running win 98se, any ideas?

What browser?

Anything else 'odd' happening in the system as it found be a font you've deleted... need more info to be sure.

I'm using explorer. I don't remember deleting anything although i tried to load something a few months ago. It may be divx or codec or i may be wrong.

Sounds daft but this is generally your Internet explorer text size (some sites don't take notice of the setting)

In internet explorer goto the "view" menu and select "text size" and change to "normal" if its not on normal. Or while viewing a web page that the text is too small on, hold down the CTRL key and scroll your mouse wheel backwards (towards you) if you have a mouse wheel.

yeah sounds about right to me malman..

Basically some pages will work fine because they use CSS which tells the browser what size the text should be and isn't affected by the text size options but every single bit of text on a page which doesn't have a relevant style in the CSS file will change to the size you have specified.
