MS Access VBA training

Hi people,
It looks like i'm going to inherit a highly convoluted series of Access databases and excel spreadsheets. (Old system being replaced but still needs to stay active). As I know as much about Access VBA code as I do the internals of the Amazonian Tree frog can anyone suggest a good training course.
Also good reading material, but I think i'll be sent away to learn.

Edit:Oh it the midlands would be good. Company is in Solihull and I'm living in Wolves.
