Deleted photos from memory stick

My mother in law deleted all the photos from her camera by mistake.

Is there an easy way to recover, that's not expensive (under £10).

You can get an "undelete" tool, a search on google should get you one of those.
Whatever you do, do not overwrite or save ANY new data at all on the memory card before running the undelete tool.

Depends on what options you have for connecting the memory stick to a PC. If you can attach it so that Windows sees it as removable drive, any undelete tool you care to choose should do the trick.

USB memory card readers can be had for about a tenner (or less) and usually come with some software; the one I have came with "Photo rescue" which does a grand job of recovering deleted/damaged pics from the card.
