PAYG Broadband?

we have a holiday house down in deepest darkest Devon and would like Broadband, but without having a monthly subscription.
Does anyone do pay as you go Broadband?
any suggestions?

Might be best getting one of those heavily capped ones to keep the cost down. I personally have never heard of pure PAYG broadband. The issue is, if your line is broadband enabled then you're using up one of a finite number of connections at the exchange, so they won't want to keep you enabled if you're not using/paying for it.

Can I crash this? I'm trying to persuade my dad to get broadband but he's not inclined to pay for it. I need to upgrade my Orange phone and was looking at their free broadband offer but it referred to "broadband at your home" or something similar. Does anyone know if it is possible for me to take the free broadband and stick it on Dad's phone line without having to change my address with Orange?
