how to burn avi files using nero 7 ultra

i have loaded up nero 7 ultra trying to find burn to dvd disk i want to burn movies i have downloaded on to a dvd disk these movies are avi files etc

Use the Nero Vision package which is included. It walks you through the process. HTH.

tryed to use vision express but it does not give option of make dvd only options are vcd , svcd ,or minidvd any answers on this

From the StartSmart form, select the Photo and Video section, select 'Make your own DVD-Video', Nero Vision will start.
In Nero Vision you should have 2 windows. In the right window select click 'Add Video Files'. You'll then be able to add your avi's, create menu's etc etc. You'll be walked through it.
The burn process takes a while as the files are messed with to make them work on any DVD player.

You do not have the DVD plug-in installed. I guess you have the OEM package so you'll have to buy it from them:
