Which Webcam for home security

[NikB]

I want to set up an external webcam to look over our cars at night, what is the best solution hardware and software?

There isn't much light so it'll need to work in low light situations.

Oh and I need to get it installed today so something off-the-shelf would be good.

I found this, it's a bit pricey, but is it any good?
