Found one of these whilst sorting out random junk. Anyone have any idea what it could possibly be used for so I can figure out why I own it and if I need to keep it. I can't see what sort of connection you'd make with it.

I had one for my digital camera before I got a USB card reader. I'd plug in my serail to 3.5mm jack to my camera and hey presto it'd transfer my images. God it was slow, but reliable.

Ebay it man!

Put all your unwanted crap into a box and stick it on ebay, set it at 99p but get the postage right

My old Nokia 9000i Communicator had/has a serial port adaptor which brought the signal out to a 3.5mm socket.

I had one of those clear outs a while back, and found a cable that had an RJ45 plug on one end, and a 1/4 inch jack socket on the other.

I have absolutely no idea what I ever used it for.......
