Broadband error 721?

Quick question, my dads broadband is playing up. It keeps coming up with error 721. He has been in touch with tiscali buit they seem worse than useless. Any ideas?

Give up I had this with Tiscali last year and after 2 months of me constantly calling the help line and them telling me it would be ok and fixed in no more than 5 days or that it was BT s fault with the line .I terminated the contract early and went with BT who said the line was fine and I have had no problems so far ( touch wood).

what kit is producing the error code you mention ?

I assume its from a model / router ... more detail please.

Sorry, all I know is they have a Dell desktop and ust tascali broadband. All was fine untill yesterday when this error message started appearing. Having googled it, it seems to be a common problem which is useually resolved be changing providers.
