Formula 1 manager game

I am trying to produce a new Formula 1 manager but after a few go's at programming with PHP I'm sort of stuck as my knowledge of PHP is rather, well bad. I've got such a lot of nice ideas, but I just can't implement them!

So here a request for anyone likes programming PHP and formula 1 please help me making this. I hope to make it big and I think I would be able with the help of some people. There are a lot of these games out there but not as I intend to make it; which is more focussed on the business side of formula 1, a lot more features (so not only choose tyres, engine, chassis and race) and perhaps when it's up and running I would be able to pay anyone involved in developing the game a bit of cash out of the advertisement-income.

So please let me know, then I will give you some more details!

but i personaly wouldn't buy a bussiness aspect of formula 1 game

but hey i'm sure whoever made NFL head coach is pretty rich now

There were 2 F1 manager games made by Microprose in the '90s, can't remember their names now, but could be worth a look for inspiration? Won't help you with php though!
