As the post says. I have limewire installed and it has decided that I have a firewall when I don't. When there is no connection, no firewall, etc. Anyone bumped into a snag? I am curious if I have a bug but comes up clear on virus scans. mad

Any help would be great, cheers, stu

It used to work and now it's decided to stop. I have tried switching the firewall off just to see, I've manually opened the port and made it an exception. Re-downloaded the programme and fired it up from scratch. Still says it's firewall blocked.

It was a great programme as well. mad

I've noticed that it apperars to correlate to peak times of broadband usage. So, it won't work for a few hours yet. Nice one tiscali, up to 8meg broadband, only ever seen 4.2 max and now it appears they block p2p programmes. Also it is bloody slow at the best of times.

But in the time I am too lazy to swap my service provider, they will profit by giving a second, no, third rate service.

I am going to phone up and have a rant at someone, politely.
