I run outlook with personal folders, so all mail etc is stored locally, I want to keep it that way.

However I would like my calendar to replicate with the one on the server.... Can I find a way to do this?

Nope. Can anyone help me, please?

You need to keep your stuff on the server then run with an offline copy using cached mode. It will then work the way you want as it syncs everything you specify down to an ost file on the disk so that outlook can get at it when you are offline.

basically run it the other way round to the way you are now

I think I have it sorted.

I don't want to leave all my email on the server as there is a huge amount of it. however I have changed delivery to online folders, then I'll file stuff locally.

Seems to be working so far and will encourage me to file things properly.

Sorry I meant it was with exchange server.

Anyway now all sorted, even got push email working and it seems not to be killing the battery which is nice.
