Macv Users Mail help please

Hi, I use MAIL on my Power book G4 and for some reason when i want to check my sent items i get this message:
The message from JOE O'KEEFE [e-mail] concerning Re: RE: has not been downloaded from the server. You need to take this account online in order to download it.

?????

I cant understand it and its well annoying, any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Your machine has been offline at some point and needs to be told to go back online. Right click on the inbox and choose the "Go Online" Option. After timing out a connection to the mail server Mail can do this.
