And i tried downloading another browser for example firefox and opera but when trying to install i get a mount error -199 even when downloaded on another machine and then transferd via a usb stick to iliminate browser interfearing.

Any ideas? this seemed to start happening when the client upgraded winproxy 3 to winproxy 6 but i cant see how this could be affecting it as all other PC's are totaly fine
