Forgotten Password
Discussion
What version of Windows are you using?
The good news is that you should be able to remove the Windows password easily. The only downside to this is that if you have set up any encrypted folders then you will lose access to them. If you do have any encrypted folders then you'll need the password cracking which takes a longer and is often a service charged for by third parties.
I have emailed you a link to the password removal utility we use for NT, 2000 and XP as I don't want to post information like this for public viewing. Please note that this is hardly a 'standard' operation so there are no guarantees but I have used it without a problem. I would recommend getting someone who is reasonably skilled with computers as you will need to create a floppy, boot from it and then operate from the command line.
