Did the internet just die?

Even my neighbours handy wireless backup didn't work.... Must have been an exchange thing.

What bout if it was just your PC? then that would explain neither ways working?

or do you mean they tryed and it wouldn't either? should of had a look to see if there router had picked up an IP address would have explained it then.

It was an outage... Rang the upstream providers and they were a little surprised how I got their number so quickly

haha, atleast they admitted it im supprized they didnt say right can you link the modem direct to your PC, restart it put your hands on your head count to 10 and say i love the internet and then try again! lol

Reminds me of when we used to do "scream tests" in the exchange

remind me of when im doing a server reboot and forget to phone the client and forget to choose reboot! NOT GOOD! especialy when the company only has women employees and they turn the other bloody server off too instead of the one thats off on!!!!
