Outlook 2007 - how to dump multiple message contents?
Discussion
I've got about 120 or so emails that have bounced back from various mail servers containing error messages about non existant users and whatnot after sending out an email to all our clients. However, some of those emails contain multiple mailbox details.
Is there any way of dumping the contents of all emails into one text file? Be a lot easier to scan through the one file than deal with 120 emails.

I had a play with an email parsing programme a while back that would likely do something suitable for you.
I think it was this one:
www.mailutilities.com/aep/
and there is even a free no limits 30 day trial so should be sufficient. You might be able to set it just to actually find email addresses etc within the messages using rules or alternatively just set it to grab all contents and stick it into a jumbo word file.

Havent got it infront of me to try so forgive me if this doesnt work but -
Highlight all messages, save as .txt (lots of separate files)
In dos -
for %1 in (*.txt) do copy %1 con >> allmessages.txt
Any good?

Close - highlighting them all and save as text into a folder dumped it all into one text file
Sure I never used to able to do that
