Clearing down a laptop

Last day at my current job today. (Woohoo!)

I need to give back my company laptop and obviously want to get rid of all the animal porn etc... What's the best free tool out there to wipe all personal stuff on a windows xp installation?

Thats doesn't really clean it - a 'Boot and Nuke' cd would be a better bet.
