Maybe it's just me but I'm not sure what your asking? Do you mean you want to surf the web on your 360? If so no you can't, you could if you had a wii though I think.

PS3 comes with a browser too. It is rumoured that m$ may add a browser at a later date.

The Wii browser is awfull to use with that gimicky pointing device, you will find yourself with aching arms as you fustratingly try to get the pointer to keep still above a tiny bloody hyperlink for more than 5 milliseconds.

PSP browser is bloody awful too. Looks nice on screen but controls/usability is shite.
