I did the ITIL foundation earlier this year with The Grey Matters and have no complaints. The course was 2.5 days which seemed to be run at the right pace and I got 38/40 in the exam at the end, so it must've sunk in! Not sure what the cost of the course was as luckily I didn't have to pay for it!

2.5 days for ITIL foundation????

Just read the little pocket book thing and go do the exam. Easy.

Yep, completely agree with you there, the whole thing is pretty much common sense. The above is exactly what I'd do if I had to spend my own hard-earned on it!

Did my v2 Foundation with FGI. 39 out of 40. I'd say do the training. Sure you could study it yourself but it's always harder (if you like me). Sit in a class room for 2 days and soak it up. Take the multiple guess test and pass. Then wonder which sadistic bugger came up with all the ITIL vocabulary.
