Hi All,

I want to send a mail out to all my clients and schools, but I'm afraid i don't know how to group them altogether in a way that each recipient only sees the name of the group, rather than each individual email address. Ive grouped them already, I just need to anonymise the individual details. anyone know how to do this probably very basic thing?

I'm using outlook express, btw.

Thanks in advance,
N.

If you add in the whole lot to the BCC field rather than the TO and CC fields this functionality should provide the required anonymity automatically. May need to ask for the BCC field to be displayed in new messages first though - some email packages don't give you the field straight away and you end up going mental trying to find it...

P.S. Seriously now, go to bed! winkUnless you're on the night shift or in a different time zone in which case all is forgiven.....
