silly question re: outlook and frequency of mail checking

i used to know this, but how can I change the frequency of outlook 2003 sending and receiving?

can it be changed per account?

Tools->Send/Receive->Send/Receive Settings/Define Send/Receive Groups

Put each account in a group, then you can change settings for each account .
