I'm currently accessing the internet through my home network that I have set up on my HTC Tytn ii, I hope. How do I know that I'm using the network and not the phone's GPRS?
I'm rusty with Windows mobile devices, but from memory there would be a G in a box on the title bar at the top of the screen if you are connected via GPRS, and there's an icon of an antenna for WiFi services, you can dab the stylus on each and see if you are connected via each.
