Blocking a number -iPhone

Basically, for the past couple days I've been getting phone calls from a number in Jamaica! And it is really getting annoying, whenever I answer the phone it's either silence, or someone screaming! Google didn't help so I've turned to ph! Any help appreciated!

cant you give the number a custom ring profile?

just set it to not ring or vibrate... that way you'll never even notice when they call you

That would be good, but its when im using my phone, for browsing or whatever, they phone maybe 10 times in a short space of time, seriously taking the piss!

few easy steps...

1) Jailbreak iPhone

2) Go here : http://www.mcleaner.com/iphone_mcleaner.jsp

3) Pay for it

4) Done

Is there a way to do it without jailbreaking?
