Need help converting and editing a sound file

A girl that I know has made some hysterical crank calls that she has recorded with her Blackberry. I am a f**kwit when it comes to computers, aside from coming on here and chuckling along with you good folk.

I need 2 words bleeped out of the file.

Best place to host it? Photobucket?

I need it converted to an MP3.

One crank call deals with placing testicles on chins and other such nonsense, but it's quite funny.
