There is a loophole to get out of your Orange contract, i just did it and got offered a deal or i could of canceled, its to do with the new charges that Orange are bringing out, here are a few links with info on how to do it, it does work people smile

I now pay £20 a month for 600 min, unlimited text and 500mb data.

could of done with this when they stitched me up a few months back... i looked at a phone on orange but the store didnt have any in stock so i took it on a different network... orange went and set up the contract on my behalf!! took me a year of going backwards and forwards and fending off debt recovery companies!

I can't see how. They've changed the contract, you are under no obligation to accept the changed contract.

Get the impression that after some time if you haven't complained, then it is taken as you accepting the changes.

I'm in France right now, think I'll be within the time frame if I call on Monday?

Just called and they've canceled with immediate effect! The guy has obviously had a few by the tone of his voice.

He offered me £10 off my bill too.

Er, who is this with?

These threads make me laugh! Which mobile phone network is any better then? I'm with Orange, have been for 13 years. They used to be really good but have been rubbish the last few years, but everytime I'm thinking of changing there doesn't seem to be anybody who's any better.

Have a look through the Gadgets section - you'll find threads complaining about Orange, Voda, O2, 3, & T-mobile. So what are you going to do?

I'm almost out of contract anyway so this loophole's no help to me anyway.

Somebody tell me what network is going to give me an HTC Hero for free on an 18 month contract with 800 mins, 300 texts, 500MB date for less than £30 a month please?

You could get it on Tmobile with unlimited textures and internet for £35...

I've left Orange because I can't get reception in my office, I'm now getting an iPhone on o2 hopefully smile

Mate used to work in maintenance for Orange - he and all his mates had vodafone / O2 phones despite having the option of one virtually free from Orange - spoke volumes to me hehe

what a coincidence, i just got the text from orange whilst i was reading this thread.

will have to give them a call i think. coverage in my house is poor at best and to be frank i need a new phone, there's no way my htc will still be in 1 piece by the time the my contract ends in 9 months as it appears to have been made out of the most delicate plastic available

I only stopped paying by direct debit once they took the bill out 3 times in 1 month.
