Email merge in Outlook using Excel data

Is it possible? I have a list of company names, contact names and email addresses.

I want it to say;

Dear (First Name)

Blah blah blah (Company Name)

Regards
AB

I then want it sending to all the email addresses.

Possible? How?

Do it in Word. One of the output options is Merge to Email rather than printer.

This is the way i have done it in the past.

i have noticed though that you cant add an attachment to the email though
