Is it possible? I have a list of company names, contact names and email addresses.

I want it to say;

Dear (First Name)

Blah blah blah (Company Name)

Regards
AB

I then want it sending to all the email addresses.

Possible? How?

Looks like there is a a PATool which you can download to be able to do this...

I've not actually used it myself so don't know if it's of any use

Do it in Word. One of the output options is Merge to Email rather than printer.
