Pretty good, aside from all the wires required (see 1:06 in the video!)

It looks brilliant but you just know that if you buy it it will take 2 days of swearing to set up then will show the blue screen of death when you want to watch gaping hos 7.

cool and yet utterly pointless too. And can you actually put coffee on it without changing channel!?

This is just another way to access your remote control house and TBH it's a pretty st one. Assuming you can control all your devices through a common protocol (which you already can) then doing it through a tea table is bks.

Didn't some nugget try to flog this on Dragon's Den in last year's series? I remember him getting the boot after all 5 thought there was no market for something like this.

If you're the sort of person who sits in an upright position whilst relaxing in your living room, its great. But somehow I don't see it functioning with a pair of size 10 work boots resting on it often. Or being kicked out of the way so you can stretch your legs (then pulled back again to turn the sodding DVD player on.)

Novel idea and its great to see a bit of innovation, but still a gimmick. Something handheld (even a netbook configured to purpose) would be much more practical.

Looks like the same kind of thing that the restaurant Inamo.

Not been there, no idea whether the food's any good or not, but next time I'm down that way I'm going to give it a crack, if only to have a go at using their gimmicky tables!

I presume that this means that once you are all comfy, sat in your chair, if you need to alter the volume you have to move over to the coffee table? meh, I think it;s cool technology, but it would get annoying quickly. I can control my TV, (via apple TV, and ipod touch), without having to move. The rest, not bothered. i have a robot vacuum cleaner which is on a schedule, and the lights are dim enough. no need to increase, or decrease, thanks..
