Any web designers in the house?

I'm looking for a web designer to design my personal website. Im not asking for a favour, this'll be paid work.

Im after someone really good, to create quite a simple but effective design.- You'll
need to know a bit about how to integrate video, and also how to create driven side of things. I need to be able to easily upload new content.
I also need a web designer who knows about SEO, and get get my name up a little in the google rankings.

So a bit about what im looking for in my site:

I'm a Video Cameraman, with a bit of photography on the side. I need a website that shows off my showreel and my photogrpahy, and needs to be easy for me to upload new material- i might have new showreels to upload, and also new photographs.- so some kind of photo gallery system would be excellent.

I'm looking for something similar to what ive got, but content driven, and designed by someone that knows what theyre doing, rather than hashed together by me!

I know people on here hate flash, and i know it takes ages to load etc etc.

I'm unsure yet weather to encode the video myself, or weather to put it up on youtube or vimeo, and have that integrated into the site.- need advise on the best course of action there.

I'd say use Vimeo and embed the show reel so that you get a 'full screen hd' option.
