Just downnload some wav files and then add them to your settings in Sounds...Mine does a Homer Simpson "WhooHoo!" every time I get mail and a "Argh Boogyman" when I empty my recycle bin.

Childish and pointless but annoy's/frightens the hell out of everyone at work when I leave the volune right up!!

Similarly, my PC plays the sound of a TVR V8 starting up and hoofing off into the distance, when it boots up...

I have Kenny from South Park shitting himself when I click 'Empty Recycle Bin' too... and the Homer 'WooHoo' when I close down my PC at work. The one at work has the famous clip of Billy Connolly: "We want this....and that... we want more of this, and less of that.... etc. etc. " when it boots up. Kind of symbolises clients, really

I used to have "Kyle's mom's a b1tch" playing when email arrived.... but it got tiresome PDQ!

Now it's Bender from Futurama saying "Oh yeah, that hit the spot....."

Not as boring as OE, IMHO.
Can't say I’ve seen the close down thingy, but have you found the babewatch message arrival girl?
