Dell outlet, working ??????

Has anyone used this ? having problems actually proceeding anywhere past this page.

Every computer I select ( and I have tried most of them ) says that it has been reserved for someone else or my basket is full (it isn;t ). Would someone else try selecting one and then see if they can get any where further than the enter code to go to checkout ( obviously I am not asking anyone to buy one ).
Am I missing something or is there a trick to getting one ?
