Useless bloody mobile phone company

All I want is a bluetooth headset. Its not complicated. I order it at the online shop of a big red mobile phone company. I get my order confirmation. Gosh this online ordering makes life simple.
Then I wait. and wait.
A week later I call them. spend 21 minutes on the phone (yes I timed it) and spoke to 5 people before someone finally admitted they might know something about online orders.
It was out of stock when I ordered it. But its been in stock for 2 days, would I like it sent out now ? No you f
king moron I want you to just keep my money as a tip, buy the champagne for the shareholders meeting. ffs.
So it arrives. Its the wrong headset. Also its been opened.
Call again, this time only 5 minutes and 3 people. Oh yes they tell me, we dont do that headset so we always substitute the crap (my words) one instead. And they often get opened so dont worry about that. So why the fk do you still advertise it on your website. Do you think I wouldnt notice ?.
Oh and as an aside , you dont have to be a fking customer on YOUR network to buy at the online shop. No I dont have a mobile number on your network, 'I cant help if you dont give me your mobile number' is not a valid response you lazy workshy oxygen stealing bds.

Oh yes, so they arrange to collelct it and give me a refund. week later, no refund.
So I call up (this time straight through as I made them give me a number haha see I am learning now). Oh yes we've had it back would you like your refund ? No I want you to keep the money you thieving scum.
Worst online shop ever , OR very clever sales technique ?

Well in the end I drove 12 miles to the nearest shop. Who only stock phones. After all who could possibly want to buy anything other than a mobile phone.
I now have a headset that I paid over the odds for at another shop just to get it over with.
