Facebook disabled?!

I wasn't sure where to put this topic, but I knew that if I put it here it would be moved appropriately!

Basically, just tried to log into FB, only to be told my account has been disabled?! I last used the account about 2 hours ago, and can't find anything in the 'Terms and Conditions' that I have violated, so I'm more than a little confused. Could there be an explanation, and will I ever get my account back?!

Thanks for any help in advance. I know its sad, but I do kind of need FB to live, being a teenager and all.

I've heard of people getting locked down for adding too many people at once, or doing particularly spammy things, but never heard of it being disabled.

I haven't done anything unusual though to my knowledge? I have had about 20 friend requests in the last couple of days, thats not an unusual enough amount for FB to think I'm a computer is it? Its just an unusual amount for me!
