PC cleanup can you identify this dll?

I'm cleaning up a friend's PC I've already cracked a major problem and identified several hijack problems, but the dll shown below is arousing my suspicions. A lot of searching so far has failed to turn up any answers. All the signs are a younger person has had access to the computer and therefore it might be something to do with music, or music sharing. Not something an old git like me would know about. Thanks in advance for any help.
The dll is C:windowssystemmuvsikhw.dll
and it's part of a BHO registry entry.
