Anyone here experianced problems with the 'sign up a friend and both receive £30 off your bill' promotion?

A week and half, 4 phone calls and today I have (I hope) finally sorted it with Virgin to get the cashback offer, If I was the cynical type I would say they have caused all these hassles so a lot of people will just say "I can't be bothered with the hassle for £30!"

Phone 150 if you have a virgin phone or 0845 4541111 if not. first option i think....anything that sounds like general enquiry type message

if its a normal one should be a freeby...if its the high definition its £20 unless your a good haggler lol

Thanks, I'm aware of how and when it is paid, my point was when the friend applied online there was nowhere for him to input the ref. number he received from Virgin after he had my invite to join up. This is why I called up to make sure it was logged so we both received the £30 off, that is when it all went wrong and I was fobbed off and told this and that would be done when infact it wasn't.
