Before I'm deafened by the shouts of
numpty I don't know one end of a computer from the other and can just about manage to work the software I'm paid to
But thursday the harddisc decided to go pop, and our IT boys have fitted a new one, only trouble is all my settings and stored stuff have gone in the same round filling cabinet as the disc
I've managed to get most settings back how I like them, except one, previously the toolbar which runs accross the bottom of the screen would appear when you moved the cursor over it, and would hide behind my AutoCad window the rest of the time, but no matter what options I seem to click I can't get it to do that, it's bound to be mind numbingly straightforward so come on let me out of my misery

You want to right click on the task bar and switch on Auto Hide and Always on Top, on.
We have a winner

Knew it'd be painfully obvious, but if I tick to many boxes in one go I usually end up with a screen in bright pink, icons the size of buses, and the text in arabic
