Entourage Meeting Requests

I am stuck on a Mac problem.
Within outlook, when a meeting request is sent, it is automatically entered on the calendar as tentatively until the user accepts or declines.
One of the users in the business has a Mac that is currently using entourage to access emails from the Exch Server), but this currently doesn’t show them in the calendar until the users accepts them. This means that someone else can schedule a conflicting diary entry because it shows up as free time, despite someone else having scheduled something
. Do you know if there is a way that we can get the calendar entries to show in the calendar when the request is received instead of when it has been accepted? Is this a client (Entourage) setting or Exchange?
Running Exch 2003.
