iTunes lost recovered Playlists but not Music folder

Am kinda baffled by this
Have recovered all the Playlists but the 'Music' folder is empty
How do I recover the Music part, this on my other halfs PC but she doesnt have all the library on her iPhone.
I can see the iTunes folder under her Docs folder but am unable to see how/what I need to pull across/import

You might want to give us more information as to what has happened. How was stuff lost, what did you do to recover what you did, etc.

OK am only repeating second hand...."in Itunes it was all there then I left the PC and everything had disappeared so left with the shell Itunes...no playlists no music library etc.
I recovered the Playlist by using File>Import Playlist from the folder in her Music>iTunes folder
Icould import each individual track but there must be an easier way

Is the drive low on space?
Has the iTunes Music folder become 'invisible'?
There's free/shareware on versiontracker.com that'll be able to recover lost files/folders.
Make sure to use another drive to recover to.
