Google Buzz

Seem to have a new tab added to my Gmail this morning... Google Buzz. Not really sure what's its all about, looks like a Google version of Twitter? Anyone buy into it, or can highlight any actual uses?

It's a social networking thing... links to Picasa, You Tube, your Inbox, etc etc
