Dvd player?

Does anyone know of a DVD player, preferably free but I don't mind paying, that's compatible with Windows 7 & has a frame capture function already installed? I've tried searching & even installed something called Gom player, which was quite useless. I couldn't use my mouse to access the on-screen DVD menus & the capture frame function, er, well didn't.

I don't mind paying for one but am bit reluctant unless something is recommended first, although free is obviously better. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks lestag. I have used nero in the past & found it very good software but it's just more than I need, I really only need a stand alone player with capture & nero comes with loads of stuff that I'll never use.
