Logmein for iPhone

Anyone tried it? I see it's about £17 in the AppStore and was wondering if it was worth a try?

I have it, it's a lot better with screen updates for me than NTRConnect which I had been trying on the 30day pro trial.

I'm really just hoping to use it for my mail access/intranet etc. (Lotus Notes). Do you think it would cut it?

I use one of the free RDP apps, does what it says on the tin.

We've used Logmein for work purposes but not on the iphone yet.

I think most of these RDP tools are very similar but the most important difference is if traffic is compressed.

I tried a free tool (can't remember the name of it) on wifi and it was super data intensive and on 3G no good at all, I've heard (this is unconfirmed) logmein uses compression for the iphone and other clever stuff to minimise traffic.

It may be worth messaging Cyberface, I'm sure he will have experience of some of these tools.
