Can anyone recommend an email provider please?

I'm currently using easily and their service is ok but their web client is dog slow and often times out (especially irritating if you've just sent a message and it loses it). I'm happy paying for an email provider and am not interested in using hotmail or their equivelents.

Thanks,

Mark

I can provide POP3 e-mail and web based mail along with a domain name for a small fee.

I have a test account which you can try if you want?

Drop me an e-mail to paul@muncher.org.uk and you can have a play with it and see what you think

Muncher, quit law school, there's a calling for you selling all new triple glazing

Plenty of providers, do you want your own domain name or just an address?

email.com etc do just the address rather than your own domain name, pretty good service overall

I already have a domain, I just need someone to provide bomb-proof hosting for it and an ultra-reliable web email client with no adverts or any of that caper.

Thanks,

Mark

Nominal fee basis.

Yeah, I support Ipswich, why?

Drop me a mail and you can see how bulletproof the webmail client is

I use Easily and have no problems (although I don't often use the web client). Have you taken this up with their customer service team and if so what do they say? I have always found them most helpful.

Basically what I'm getting at it that I want to sign up with a large company with good customer service with lots of customers that are happy. Losing emails will lose me work. Is that the service you are offering? Do you have any more information on the services you provide?

Generally they are helpful but the web client isn't a priority and they see it (I believe) as an added extra rather than something essential that I am paying for. They have suggested using either outlook to download mails which isn't possible at work or using a generic web client which I'm not too keen on as it isn't that secure.

I have a webserver at a Docklands Datacentre, it's totally secure, I can guarentee reliability.

It is in my interests to make sure you are very happy with it. As for customer service, I am instantly contactable through MSN, mobile phone, e-mail pretty much any time.
