Spare/Backup Phone

I'm after an inexpensive (~£100) phone to keep around as a spare/alternative when I don't want to be taking my iphone somewhere.

I've finally depleated my stockpile of spare handsets so, shock horror, need to acquire one.

All I really ask is that it works well, is solid enough and can function as a 3G modem via BT or USB.

While I may well go for the cheapest thing available, something interesting would also be appreciated. Something Blackberry-esque may be interesting.

Do your worst; including offering me the watchphone!

First of all what network are you after as buying a handset that is subsidised my a network will be cheaper than buying one sim free
